This policy explains what Supplements Platform Inc. collects, why, and how to exercise your rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Newsletter signup: email address; consent record (page URL, IP, user agent, timestamp).
• Affiliate redirect: IP truncated to /24 within 24 hours, user-agent, retailer slug, timestamp.
• Cookieless analytics events (no personal identifiers, no cookies).

Why we collect it

To send the newsletter you signed up for, to operate the site, to keep affiliate links healthy, and to satisfy regulatory record-keeping (CASL).

Cross-border transfer

Some of our processors (newsletter provider, hosting, analytics) may be located in the United States. They are bound to comparable protection by contract.

Retention

Newsletter consent records are kept indefinitely (CASL evidentiary requirement). Affiliate redirect logs are retained 90 days. Suppression list is retained permanently.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

US residents

California, Colorado, and other US-state-privacy-law residents may have additional rights (access, deletion, opt-out of sale/share). Email the privacy contact above to exercise them.
